With an MBA and a background spanning operations, training, real estate, and nonprofit leadership, Judy understands firsthand how quickly day-to-day administrative work can pull leaders away from growth, strategy, and relationships. She has spent her career building processes, improving follow-through, and supporting teams behind the scenes so organizations can operate smoothly and scale with confidence.

Through VA+ Virtual Staffing, Judy connects business owners with reliable, remote, English-speaking virtual assistants who provide flexible administrative, marketing, and operational support—without the overhead of traditional hiring. From inbox and calendar management to CRM support, follow-ups, inbound and outbound calls, and workflow organization, her approach is practical, cost-effective, and tailored to each client’s needs.
